Lent

Over the years, I've watched many a fellow Catholic "sacrifice" meat on Fridays by binge eating fried fish (which many of them prefer to meat anyway) and calling it good. I hate fish. But even more than fish, I hate pety man-made Church doctrine. Until someone can show me where Jesus said I was not allowed to eat meat on Fridays, I'm going to "sacrifice" fish, eat burgers, and call it good.
