Breckenridge 2010

My 'job' in Denver is nannying for a (now) 6-month-old baby girl... The family is great, the baby is adorable, and overall it's just a really great way for me to get my baby fix (and a little spending money at the same time). The family has a BEAUTIFUL condo up in the mountains that they let me stay at for a few nights as a Christmas present (seriously, how great is this job?!). It was my first time in a true mountain town and Erik and I had a blast. We didn't skii... 1) because mountains are a little different from the bunny hill at Welch Village and 2) because this was a free vacation and we didn't want to turn it into an expensive one. BUT, we had a great time riding the gondola (which was a two minute walk from the condo) up to the various mountain peaks to watch the skiiers/boarders come down the slopes while we drank spiked hot chocolate. It was heaven and here are some photos to prove it...
