Highlands Cork and Coffee
I have now officially lived in Denver for one month, and while the entire city is great, my absolute favorite spot (thus far) is a little cafe called Highlands Cork and Coffee. You might recall this place from a previous post (see Afternoon Sangria), but after Saturday evening, it deserves a second mention.
