Goodbye Hong Kong

I apologize for the GIANT blogging lag... I'll try to gradually catch up. To start, on August 20th I bid Hong Kong farewell and flew back to MN. I had an incredible summer in HK, and the SAR will always hold a dear place in my heart. I hope to return to the incredible lights, food, and people of Hong Kong at some point during my foreign service career... hopefully sooner rather than later, and with a husband in tow :)
